"mmmeeehhhhhhh" says the goat.yes.. instead of our daily cow's milk.. i decided to betray my species (i still cannot forgive Jin Hang for giving me that horrible nickname that would follow me and haunt me forever as long as i am in the same school as sue ling... cause she likes spreading it around.. >.< ) to drink goat's milk...
i looked at the boiled milk and saw some tiny coagulated pieces of milk skin (sapi) as they call it in malay.. floating about on the surface of the milk... it looked rather disgusting.. like white vommit...

i took a sniff and it somehow smelled to me like...
lamp chops!!!
the goats milk smelled like lamb chops for some weird, unknown reason...
i took a sip.. and forced those tiny bits down my throat as well.... it tasted alright.. it wasn't that bad... but there was a hint of salty taste in the milk.. SALTY MILK DOES NOT TASTE GOOD..
the after taste of lamb chops lingred in my mouth for ages before i washed it away with some lemon tea..
it was like drinking lamb chop...
hmm.... lamb-chop-in-a-bottle... it's sure to be a big hit!

u know what the milk skin or sapi u said it is very nice to eat with the right amount of sugar i used to boil my milk add sugar and wait for the skin to develop and eat it lol place it under the fan and every 10-20 secs u have a piece of it and it is so yummy !!!!!!!!!!!!

in Guangzhou, they have this desert which is made of this sapi thingy.. called "xuang pi nai"
